Sauce - Caribbean (Jamaican) Jerk Rub

Use for Jerk Chicken.

Ingredients

2 Lemons, zested
6 Tablespoons Garlic, minced
6 Tablespoons Onion, minced
2 Tablespoons Allspice
1 Tablespoon Chipotle, ground
2 Tablespoons Paprika
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
4 1/2 teaspoons Thyme flakes
4 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon, ground
1 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Pepper, Cayene

Directions
