Celery Seed has a special affinity for tomatoes and is used primarily as a flavoring in salads (especially potato), sauces, soups, meats, dips, egg dishes, vegetables, and stuffings. The flavoring is similiar to the celery vegetable. Sprinkle over cottage cheese. Excellent in tomato juice cocktails.
