A superior Hollandaise sauce with a rich buttery
and lemon flavor and a smooth creamy texture.


Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Hollandaise sauce mix
3 ounces melted butter
1 cup milk

Directions

Add the Hollandaise mix to the melted butter and blend thoroughly. Add milk and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and add lemon juice to taste.
