Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the first passing of tree ripened olives. This oil is only 1% acid and is green/gold to bright green. Roland Extra Virgin Olive Oil is naturally cold pressed, the exquisite flavor of this oil makes it ideal for salad dressings and marinades.
