Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes


Ingredients

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes(cut into small pieces)
1 ( 7-ounce ) package angel hair pasta
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup parsley flakes
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
2 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon pepper(pinch)
grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Place tomato in a bowl; add hot water to cover. Let stand 15 minutes; drain and set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Place pasta in a deep casserole dish. Add tomato, oil, and the rest of the ingredients except cheese. Cook over medium-low heat until heated throughout. Stir occasionally. Put on a serving platterand sprinkle with cheese.
