Salads - Strawberry Spinach Salad

Serves 4.

Ingredients

6 oz Cleaned and trimmed fresh spinach
1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons Water
4 teaspoons Honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 cup Thickly sliced fresh Strawberries
1 small thinly sliced red onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and place in salad bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together vinegars, water, honey, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Add to the spinach and toss lightly. Add strawberries and onion. Toss lightly.
