Meat - Teriyaki Steak

Marinated teriyaki steak.


Ingredients

1 1/2 pound flank steak
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons minced garlic

Directions

Place flank steak in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 24-48 hours, turn meat occasionnally. Barbecue or broil meat for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
