The traditional pan-style milk gravy is ideal for a step back in time with old favorites, yet versatile enough to create new, signature dishes. This appealing cream colored gravy is made with real buttermilk and natural butter flavors. A hearty companion to biscuits, pancakes, chipped beef or home made sausage.

Ingredients: Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Food Starch - Modified, Corn Syrup Solids, Coconut Oil, Salt, Buttermilk, Contains 2% Or Less Of The Following: Corn Oil, Sugar, Sodium Caseinate, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Dipotassium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide (As An Anti-Caking Agent), Mono & Diglycerides, Sodium Silicoaluminate (As An Anti-Caking Agent), Natural Flavor (With Annatto And Turmeric [For Color], Milk), Titanium Dioxide (Color), Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate. Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Pour one gallon of warm water (100°F/38°C) into a saucepan. Gradually add one full bag (20 ounces) of mix to warm water, whisking thoroughly. Bring to a boil (212°F/100°C), stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately or hold on steam table at 160° - 175°F/ 71° - 79°C. For Half Bag: In saucepan, gradually add 10 ounces of mix to 1/2 gallon of warm water (100°F/38°C), whisking thoroughly. Continue with directions above.

Packaging/Storage Information: Store in tight containers in cool 50°F to 80°F dry areas. 15 months for maximum flavor.
